PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encryption communication system 10 for distributing an encryption key for encryption communication and setting information associated with the encryption communication to each of a plurality of communication terminals 50 executing the encryption communication within a group that can much more decrease traffic caused by the distribution of the encryption key. SOLUTION: The encryption communication system 10 distributes key information including a key used for the encryption communication in the group or a seed for producing the key to the communication terminals 50 taking part in the encryption communication in the group (e.g. logged-in communication terminals) among the communication terminals 50 belonging to the group.
