PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine combustor capable of reducing the amount of NOx emission. SOLUTION: The gas turbine combustor comprises an air hole 31 having a throttle passage 33 which is a passage for allowing air to flow through toward a combustion chamber 1 for burning fuel and air, and reducing a passage area to positively impart a speed component inward in the radial direction of the passage to air 24 flowing along an internal wall, and a fuel nozzle 39 injecting fuel toward the combustion chamber 1. The fuel nozzle 39 is disposed so that a fuel injection port 41 faces the inside of the air hole 31, and the tip part of the nozzle is formed in cylindrical shape to positively produce swirl flow at a part of air flowing into the air hole 31.
