PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve throughput even when transmission path error occurs and to attain an equal throughput between uplink and downlink and among terminals in a wireless network system which performs two-way communication of wireless packets between one access point and several terminals. SOLUTION: The access point has several transmission buffers. Each of the transmission buffers is provided with a means for independently performing channel access for transmitting packets addressed to a corresponding terminal. When it receives packets transmitted from the terminal, it extracts following packet information of the terminal and continuous transmission information and registers it. When it receives a reception answering signal from the terminal to the packet which is transmitted to the terminal, it registers the following packet information and continuous transmission information. A release delay which is a waiting time until the transmission of the following packet from the access point and the terminal is calculated and controlled. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
