PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply port adapter for a bathtub, capable of preventing the corotation of an attaching member outside the tub during attachment to a bathtub side wall by the rotating operation of an attaching member inside the tub. SOLUTION: For the hot water supply port adapter for the bathtub, the cylindrical part 2a of the attaching member 2 inside the tub is screwed and connected through the through-hole H of the bathtub side wall Ta to the attaching member 1 outside the tub to be piped and connected to a water heater outside the bathtub T. On the contact surfaces 50a and 50b of ring-like packing 5 interposed between the outer surface of the bathtub side wall Ta and the annular end face of the attaching member 1 outside the tub, a plurality of ring-like ribs 51a-51e and 52a-52d and projected parts 55 and 56 positioned at a plurality of parts in the peripheral direction of annular grooves 53b, 53c, 54b and 54c between the ring-like ribs are provided. By tightening a thread-engagement part by the rotating operation of the attaching member 2 inside the tub, the ring-like packing 5 is compressed between the bathtub side wall Ta and the attaching member 1 outside the tub, and the projecting parts 55 and 56 closely adheres to the contact surfaces on the opposite side.
