摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide breads having heat resistance and enclosing a filling having juicy palatability, that is, the breads having very juicy palatability without leaking of the enclosed filling from bread dough during baking and without spoiling the appearance, and a method for producing the same.
