The applying body (10) is composed of an elastic material, has a communicating path (24) for communicating the main body internal with the external and has an applying section (10a) protruded to further leading end from a discharge port (24a) of the communicating path (24). The applying section (10a) has a repulsive force of 0.01-1.40(N) in the vertical direction at a portion 3mm from the leading end. Thus, the liquid applicator having correct hardness and bending elasticity of the applying body and excellent applying performance without application nonuniformity is provided.</p>
