An electrophotographic photoreceptor is provided to prevent defect relating to output quality of an image forming apparatus from being generated, maintain stable image concentration, and form high quality of image. An electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises at least a photosensitive layer and an outermost layer in order on an electroconductive support, wherein the outermost layer is formed by curing a radical polymerizable compound with no charge transportable structure, which is represented by the formula (1), and a radical polymerizable compound with a charge transportable structure with at least any one of heat, light and ionizing radiation, and wherein at least one of the photosensitive layer and the outermost layer comprises at least one compound selected from the group consisting of (A) an aryl methane compound having an alkylamino group, (B) a compound represented by the formula (2), (C) a compound represented by the formula (3), and (D) a compound represented by the formula (4).
