<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new allele contained in A24 which is one of subtypes of HLA-A antigens. <P>SOLUTION: The HLA new allele encoding a specific amino acid sequence is disclosed. Also, the HLA new allele having a specific base sequence or its complementary sequence is disclosed. When the genotype of the HLA-A gene is analyzed with a plurality of beads on which an oligonucleotide probe is immobilized, the gene reacts with all probes positive to A*2402, and exhibits positive reactions with other probes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
