<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proof holder capable of obtaining excellent vibration-proof function while holding with sufficient holding force as well as being easily operable in a narrow space and provided at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A base part 6 with U-shaped clamp parts 2, 3, 5 and covers 10, 11 connected with the base part via hinges 7, 9 so as to close an opening of the clamp parts are integrally molded by hard plastic materials. The clamp part is formed by a U-shape receive piece 17 which is connected with a base part body 14 only at neighboring area of both end parts in a U-shape and a bottom part and is apart from the base part body at most part.
