PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless system capable of preventing same wave interference without the need for provision of a central management station. SOLUTION: Each of base stations in the wireless system comprising mobile stations, a control console whose communication object is the mobile stations, and the base stations for controlling wireless communication between the mobile station and the control console, receives a communication request signal transmitted from each mobile station, detects a reception electric field level, calculates a standby time in response to the reception electric field level, monitors whether or not other base station outputs a response signal to the mobile station while the standby time elapses, and controls output of a response signal to the mobile station when the other base station outputs no response signal at a point of time when the standby time is finished.
