PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain sustainment of processing performance in a case in which excessive execution of processing is requested, in a server which performs processing having a plurality of processes. SOLUTION: Sustainment of processing performance is tried not by scheduling of processing units but by scheduling of process units with further fine grain size. Namely, (1) in processing having a plurality of processes, processing which will be most probably completed with a minimized process number is preferentially processed, and (2) when processing consisting of a plurality of processes is more important than processing consisting of a single process, the processing consisting of a plurality of processes is preferentially processed.
