PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a vehicle locking device having good operability upon turning a locking portion to a utilization position stored on a vehicle compartment side without protruding, having excellent convenience. SOLUTION: This vehicle locking device is provided with a housing 10, a U-shaped hook 2 journaled to the housing 10 and turnable between a stored position and the utilization position, a turning spring 4 for urging so that the U-shaped hook 2 is turned in the utilization position direction, a regulating member 7 equipped with a locking protrusion 7a capable of locking to the U-shaped hook 2 at the stored position and regulating the turning of the U-shaped hook 2 against the urging of the turning spring 4, and a button 8 capable of displacing the regulating member 7 and releasing the locking of the locking protrusion 7a and the U-shaped hook 2.
