<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dielectric porcelain excellent in a high frequency characteristic and fall impact resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The dielectric porcelain is characterized in that it has a three point bending strength of 250 MPa or higher, it is configured by comprising a glass ceramic, and there is comprised a lamellar structure in the crystal. Further the dielectric porcelain contains at least diopside-type crystal and Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>crystal, and has a degree of crystallinity in the whole of 70% or higher. By containing the diopside-type crystal, the dielectric porcelain having a large Q value in a high frequency region and high strength, and excellent in weather-resistance is realized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
