<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a multi-component alloy onto a substrate which is minute and of a complicated shape by a molten salt eletrolysis. <P>SOLUTION: The molten salt electrolysis is performed in an electrolytic bath containing at least one metal selected from the group consisting of actinoid compounds and rare earth compounds, by using a substrate containing at least one metal selected from the group consisting of Fe, Co and Ni as a cathode. Or the molten salt electrolysis is performed in an electrolytic bath containing at least one kind selected from the group consisting of AB, AB<SB>2</SB>, AB<SB>3</SB>, AB<SB>5</SB>, A<SB>2</SB>B<SB>7</SB>, A<SB>2</SB>B<SB>17</SB>, A<SB>3</SB>B, A<SB>4</SB>B<SB>13</SB>, and A<SB>5</SB>B<SB>23</SB>(where As are either same or different and denote actinoid compounds and rare earth compounds and Bs are either same or different and denote Fe, Co, or Ni). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
