<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new heat resistant family D DNA polymerase (PolD) being heat resistant, having a 3'-5'exonuclease activity which is a proof-reading function of DNA chain-extension, having a potent primer lengthening activity, and duplicating an objective DNA region in a short time even under high salt concentration. <P>SOLUTION: This enzyme variant is obtained by deleting a DNA synthesis activity inhibitory region in a small subunit in a heat resistant hetero-oligomer enzyme consisting of the small subunit and a large subunit without containing intein sequence, and having a DNA polymerase activity and the 3'-5'exonuclease activity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
