PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique to previously estimate processing time in photographic processing service such as photographic print output service and medium output service, especially, image processing time to be applied to respective photographic frame images. SOLUTION: The photographic processing system is equipped with: an image file input processing part 42 for reading a photographic image file comprising the photographic frame image and photographic information about the photographic frame image; an image processing item decision part 102 deciding an image processing item necessary for the photographic frame image from the photographic information; and an image processing time estimating part 104 estimating the image processing time taken when the image processing concerning the image processing item is applied to the corresponding photographic frame image.
