PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching unit of a magnetic fluid activating apparatus by which the magnetic fluid activating apparatus can be easily attached to/detached from a pipe where fluid circulates. SOLUTION: Two holders 2, 3 respectively housing the magnetic fluid activating apparatus A1 and the magnetic fluid activating apparatus A2 are positioned by inserting arms 6, 7 provided projectively from one holder 2 side into inserting holes 8, 9 provided at another holder 3 side and by using a teeth part 29 formed at an arm 6 and a ratchet which is provided at the holder 3 of the insertion hole 8 side and is constituted of a hook 22 energized by magnetic force of the magnetic fluid activating apparatus A2 housed in the holder 3 so as to be energized with the teeth part 29.
