<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated disk wherein data can be easily destructed without using a special device when the disk is discarded while the function of data protection which is strong against damage is maintained. <P>SOLUTION: In the laminated disk 1, a substrate 11 having a data recording layer 13 and a dummy substrate 12 are adhered to each other with an adhesive layer 14. A notched part 21 is formed in the side surface of the disk 1 across the upper dummy substrate 12 and the lower substrate 11 so that the cross-section of the plane including an axis line 19 of the disk 1 is a trapezoidal shape having the side surface side as a bottom side and the adhesive layer 14 as an upper side. When a jig 16a and a jig 16b are pushed in the notched part 21, the substrate 11 and the dummy substrate 12 are deformed in shapes warped in opposite directions, a crack is caused in the adhesive layer 14 having low strength when a fixed limit is exceeded and the substrate 11 and the dummy substrate 12 are peeled from the adhesive layer 14 as a boundary.
