PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce loss due to an eddy current by improving a method of binding laminate stator iron cores. SOLUTION: Stator iron core pieces, formed into a predetermined shape for a rotary electric machine, are laminated into a desired thickness, pipe-caulked and bound using a clamp to form a stator iron core, having a cylindrical external surface. In this case, binding portions of the stator iron cores are arranged with an equal interval so that a center angle formed by adjacent binding portions becomes an integral multiple of the center angle, formed by two magnetic poles of rotors to be combined.
