PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide member with superior heat dissipation, and to provide an optical wiring module and an electronic device. SOLUTION: The optical waveguide member 2 includes a first clad layer 6, a second clad layer 8, a core layer 7, and a penetration body 10, wherein the penetration body 10 is made of a material, having thermal conductivity and provided penetrating the optical waveguide member in a direction Z1 of conducting heat in the direction Z1 and dissipate the heat, imparted to the optical waveguide member 2, to the atmosphere.
