PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation device, an evaluation method and an evaluation program capable of executing the desired evaluation of prepared shape data and appropriately deciding the propriety of the shape data. SOLUTION: In this evaluation device, elements to be used for evaluating shape data 103 as the object of plotting among elements configuring the shape data 103 are input as retrieval content 104, and information as the weighting of evaluation is input in evaluating the shape data based on the result of retrieval performed based on the input retrieval content 104, and retrieval is operated according to the retrieval content input to the shape data so that the retrieval result can be output, and evaluation is operated by using information as weighting input in response to the retrieval result, and the evaluation result is output as a score table 105.
