PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation exposure protection system capable of promptly shielding radiation even under situation where radiation is emitted, securing a safe region, and speedily performing rescue activity. SOLUTION: By arranging the side ends of screens 1 for shielding radiation are overlapped, a first radiation shielding section A that faces the radiation from a generating section G of radiation, can extend in the surface direction, and can partially displace is built, a second radiation shielding section B capable of being positionally displaced by a head protection plate 22 and radiation shield 20 mounted to a treatment person M by a fixing means 23 is formed.
