PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved push-down head in which a main body incorporated with a valve member is engaged with a fitting cylinder member attached to the upper end of a stem erected to be pushed-in in a upward energizing state to be slide-movable, which can always stably spray a liquid and stably, is excellent in liquid-cutting property and is easily pushed down in the liquid spraying, and with which a pump is formed small in height compactly. SOLUTION: The fitting cylinder member A is formed so that a cylinder tube 23 is capable of sliding in the outside of the stem 7 by projectingly providing a circular sliding piece 11 from the upper part of a fitting cylinder 10 attached to the upper end part of the outer periphery of the stem 7 and engaging the cylinder tube 23 of the body B with the outer periphery of the circular sliding piece 11 to slide. The opening and closing of a spray port (a) is linked with the push-down of the body B by inclining a rocking plate 16 linked with a valve member C by a slide press surface B<SB>2</SB>provided in the body B.
