PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent trouble in shooting attributed to return balls in a pinball game machine which is provided with a game ball guide part for guiding game balls shot from a shooter to the upper part of the playing area so that the game balls guided are guided to the playing area from a guide part at the upper part of the game ball guide part. SOLUTION: A second game ball guide part 10c which makes up the upper part of the game ball guide part 10 and has a guide part (game ball outflow port 25) for guiding the game balls toward the playing area 1a is provided with a discharge part 60 for discharging the game balls left without being guided. As a result, the return balls within the guide part are discharged to the playing area 1a from the discharge part 60, thereby enabling the prevention of such a trouble in the shooting as making the return balls bump against each other to block the guiding of the game balls to the playing area 1a. Especially when a first game guide part 10a is disposed behind the playing area 1a, it is harder to check to see how the return balls are generated, and so the discharge part 60 thus provided can prevent the generation of the return ballshence with more effect.
