<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray which is suitable for recycling and enlargement, can easily to be returnable, and at the same time, can shorten a processing time and reduce manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: This tray 10 is equipped with a bottom plate and a wall surface and can be loaded with an article. The wall surface is constituted by fitting a cushioning member 2 which is molded into a specified shape on the peripheral edge of the bottom plate 1.
