PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single DC-DC converter for outputting a plurality of voltages, stepped up with the same polarity as that of an input voltage or a plurality of voltages, having different polarities regardless of a load current, and to provide a power supply device. SOLUTION: The multiple output DC-DC converter 100 is provided with a control circuit 151 for driving first/second switches 121, 122, a step-up switch 123, and an inverting switch 124, respectively in a prescribed period of on-time and in a prescribed period of off-time. The control circuit 151 selects one state from among a first state, in which both capacitors 131, 132 are turned off; and the input voltage is applied to both ends of an inductor 111, a second state, in which both of the capacitors 131, 132 are in an active state; a third state, in which the capacitor 132 is turned off and the capacitor 131 is in the active state; and a fourth state in which the capacitor 131 is turned off and the capacitor 132 is in the active state.
