PORTABLE TERMINAL FUNCTION RESTRICTION SYSTEM USING WIRELESS IC TAG, METHOD, PORTABLE TERMINAL, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a portable terminal function restriction corresponding to a congestion state while simplifying a constitution for counting the congestion state of a closed space by using a wireless IC tag provided to the portable terminal. SOLUTION: A tag reader/writer 20 reads a terminal ID from the wireless IC tag 15 in a unit closed-space so as to transmit it to a terminal in the closed space by attaching a tag reader/writer ID to the terminal ID. The terminal in the closed space counts the terminal number for each unit closed-space on the basis of information received by the terminal in the closed space. The terminal in the closed space calculates terminal density for each unit closed-space on the basis of the terminal number and pre-registered unit closed-space area information so as to transmit terminal density information of the corresponding unit closed-space to the tag reader/writer 20. The tag reader/writer 20 writes the terminal density information into the wireless IC tag 15 in the unit closed-space. The portable terminal 10 registers inhibited functions by extracting them from function restriction information pre-registered corresponding to the terminal density information when receiving the terminal density information, and after that, it inhibits a user from utilizing a function if the function started from the user is the inhibited function.
