PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin detergent composition reduced in skin irritation, having excellent foaming, giving highly viscous and creamy foams with excellent slippage and having improved sense of use. SOLUTION: The skin detergent composition comprises (A) a phosphate ester expressed by formula (1) (wherein R<SP>1</SP>expresses an 8-18C hydrocarbon group; m expresses 0-8 number; X<SP>1</SP>and X<SP>2</SP>express each H, an alkali metal, ammonium, an alkanol ammonium or a basic amino acid), (B) an N-acylamino acid or its salts expressed by formula (2): R<SP>2</SP>CONH(CH<SB>2</SB>)<SB>n</SB>COOX<SP>3</SP>(wherein R<SP>2</SP>CO expresses a 10-16C acyl group; n expresses 1 or 2; X<SP>3</SP>expresses H, an alkali metal, an ammonium, an alkanol ammonium or a basic amino aid), (C) a copolymer of a dialkyl diallyl ammonium with an acryl amide or a copolymer of acrylic acid, a dialkyl diallyl ammonium chloride and acryl amide and (D) water.
