PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize the space generated on a liquid crystal television receiver needed for mounting of a disc unit. SOLUTION: Mounting holes for fixing a power source board 12 to an LCD cover 8 are formed as the same size as mounting holes in an MPEG board 10 needed for integral constitution of disc and unit and fixed to a mount formed on the cover 8. For an non-integral constitution of disc and unit, the MPEG board 10 that is not needed therefor is removed. In this case, the mount on the cover 8 for mounting the MPEG board 10 is utilized as a mount of the power source board 12, and this eliminates the need for an external power source, such as AC adapter.
