PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the length of a cable connected to adjacent two pieces of electronic equipment, and to suppress the deterioration of communication performance due to the attenuation of a signal, to reduce the necessary number of cable holders, and to achieve sharp cost reduction. SOLUTION: In a rack-mounted system equipped with a rack 1 in which plural pieces of electronic equipment 2 is stored in parallel so as to be freely extracted and a cable holder 3 in which a cable C connected to the back part of the electronic equipment 2 is stored, and which is extended according to the extracting operation and storage operation of the electronic equipment 2. The cable C is connected to a gap between the adjacent two pieces of electronic equipment 2, and one end of the cable holder 3 is connected to one piece of electronic equipment 2, and the other end of the cable holder 3 is connected to the other electronic equipment 2, and extended according to the extracting operation and storage operation of each piece of electronic equipment.
