PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mortar or concrete spraying device capable of smoothly and positively spraying mortar or concrete even in long-distance conveyance. SOLUTION: The mortar or concrete spraying device D for separately force-feeding aggregate 1 and cement milk 6 constituting mortar M or concrete and then mixing them to spray a mixture comprises a cement milk delivery pipe 10 for conveying the cement milk 6, and a conveying pipe 8 for conveying the aggregate 1. The conveying pipe 8 has a cement milk lead-in part 9 to which the downstream end of the cement milk delivery pipe 10 is connected. The cement milk lead-in part 9 is formed with a tapered portion 9a enlarged in inner diameter toward the downstream side, and the cement milk delivery pipe 10 is connected to the tapered portion 9a so that the flow direction of the aggregate 1 and the flow direction of the cement milk 6 form an acute angle in a longitudinal section.
