<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent display device equipped with an electrode capable of a stable injection with improved injection efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The device is provided with an element substrate, a first electrode formed on the element substrate, an organic film formed on the fist electrode, and a second electrode formed on the organic film.
