PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display panel driving circuit which is capable of generating a voltage required for driving by only a multiplied voltage generation circuit and has the reduced number of elements constituting the driving circuit, and a plasma display device. SOLUTION: The plasma display panel driving circuit includes a multiplied voltage generation circuit (54) having a first input end to which 0 or a first voltage (Vs) is input, and a second input end to which a second voltage (Vs/2) lower than the first voltage (Vs) is inputted. The multiplied voltage generation circuit (54) generates a voltage resulting from adding the second voltage (Vs/2) to a voltage obtained by multiplying the first voltage (Vs) by an integer.
