<p>The method involves repeatedly exciting a fluorescence dye within an area with an excitation light for an emission of a fluorescence light. The fluorescence light is registered in an area of the dye to determine a spatial concentration distribution of the dye. The dye is supplied with an optical signal of wavelength for the excitation light in the area of the dye before the repeated excitation. A ratio of yield at the fluorescence light to the concentration of the dye is stabilized to a value (21). An independent claim is also included for a device for imaging a structure, comprising a cooling device.</p> |
