A piston valve of a shock absorber is provided to prevent breakage the shock absorber and to improve travel stability by decreasing reaction force of a discharge valve according to temperature of oil and restricting the sudden increase of internal pressure of the shock absorber. A piston valve includes a rebound orifice(111), a compression orifice(115), a suction valve, and a discharge valve. The rebound orifice is formed in a piston moving along a cylinder in a shock absorber to move oil in the cylinder in lifting up the piston. The compression orifice is formed in the piston to move oil in lifting down the piston, and opened by the suction valve in moving down the piston. The discharge valve opens the rebound orifice in moving up the piston, and regulates opening pressure of the rebound orifice according to temperature of oil. The discharge valve is formed of a leaf spring by overlapping a metal disk(113a) with a bimetal disk(113b).
