PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce the subject film capable of sufficiently manifesting effects on improvement in adhesive strength with a surface treating agent by carrying out a dipping treatment with the surface treating liquid in a stage of a gel film. SOLUTION: This film is produced by carrying out a cast coating of a solution containing a precursor of a polyimide in an organic solvent onto a support, then heating the cast film, forming a gel film, subsequently dipping the gel film in a surface treating liquid, exposing both ends of the film to a compressed gas, removing the surface treating liquid on the film surface and carrying out heat treatment. Furthermore, the film is preferably obtained by using an apparatus comprising (A) a step for performing the cast coating of the solution containing the precursor of the polyimide in the organic solvent, then heating the cast film and forming the gel film 16, (B) a step comprising a dipping bath 22 for the surface treating liquid, air nozzles 24 and removing rolls 26 for the surface treating liquid and further (C) a step for carrying out heat treatment. Thereby, the objective film is obtained in a few steps. |
