A spiral perforated pipe forming device using a corrugation method is provided to maximize productivity by minimizing the number of processes and work load in perforating a pipe. A spiral perforated pipe forming device using a corrugation method for molding resin materials injected into a hopper, into a perforated pipe with passing through a spiral groove(21a) of a mold(21), cooling down the perforated pipe by a cooling unit, and drawing the perforated pipe by a pulling unit is composed of plural recessed parts(60) regularly formed on the inner wall surface of the mold at predetermined intervals along a gap between the spiral grooves and a cutting unit formed at a discharge pipe of the cooling unit or the drawing unit to cut convex projections of the perforated pipe formed by the recessed parts. Through-holes are formed by cutting the convex projections of the perforated pipe formed by the recessed parts, with passing by the cutting unit.
