A potable electronic device is provided to provide a main stand unit, for adjusting a stare angle if a user watches multimedia information through a display unit, and a sub stand unit for adjusting an information input angle for inputting information through the display unit separately, thereby maintaining an optimum support angle according to each case. A potable electronic device comprises the followings: a main stand which is combined in the rear of a main body(100) so as to adjust a support angle of the main body; and a sub stand(140) for adjusting the support angle of the main body by being combined with one of the main body and the main stand. The main stand and the sub stand are combined with the same hinge shaft.
