A print medium is provided to restrain deviation between a lens sheet and a parallax image by forming a print surface for printing the parallax image, on the back side of the lens sheet and to improve the quality of the printed parallax image by printing the parallax image on the proper print surface without directly printing the parallax image on a base material. A print medium(10) having a rectangular lens sheet(10a) having the lens-shaped surface includes a thin film type base material(30) fixed on the back side where the shape of the lens is not formed, and provided with an extended part(10b) extended toward the outside of the lens sheet over a range of the back side of the lens sheet. The extended part is overlapped with the range of the back side of the lens sheet in bending the base material with centering on one side of the rectangular lens sheet.
