Wig (10) comprising wig base (11) and, planted thereon, hairs (12), wherein the wig base (11) is composed of first base member (14) of artificial skin and, arranged on the backside thereof, second base member (15) of net material, and wherein the hairs (12) are bound to the second base member (15) and further caused to penetrate the first base member (14) of artificial skin from its underside and drawn out on the front side to thereby avoid forming of staple legs on the backside of wig base. Thus, there can be obtained wig (10) that exhibits natural appearance as if the hairs (12) were growing from skin pores, excelling in flattering shape.
