A water saving system of a hot water boiler is provided to prevent waste of water which is supplied through a faucet at the state where the water is not heated. A water saving system(100) includes a boiler(120), a supply pipe(112), a solenoid valve(130), a circulation pipe(140), a temperature sensor(150), a circulation pump(160), and a controller(170). The boiler is connected to an end of a tap water supply pipe(110), and supplies hot water by heat exchanging water supplied via the tap water supply pipe through a heat exchanger installed in a casing. The supply pipe has an end equipped with a faucet(103) for supplying hot water heated by the boiler. The solenoid valve is connected between the end of the supply pipe and the faucet so as to open/close the supply pipe. The circulation pipe has one end connected to the solenoid valve and the other end connected to the end of the tap water supply pipe. The temperature sensor is mounted on a path of the circulation pipe so as to sense the temperature of water flowing along the circulation pipe. The circulation pump is mounted on the path of the circulation pipe so as to permit water flowing into the circulation pipe to return to the circulation pipe after passing through the tap water supply pipe and the boiler. The controller is electrically connected to the solenoid valve, the temperature sensor and the circulation pump. The controller operates the circulation pump at the state where the solenoid valve is closed, and permits water supplied through the tap water supply pipe to circulate through the circulation pipe, when the temperature of water sensed by the temperature sensor is lower than a preset temperature level. The controller supplies hot water through the faucet by opening the solenoid valve and stopping the operation of the circulation pump when the temperature of water sensed by the temperature sensor is higher than the preset temperature level.
