A folding type mounting structure of an LCD monitor for a vehicle is provided to prevent vibration and shock of the vehicle from being transferred to a driving motor, and to preclude the driving motor from being overloaded by rotating a cylindrical bar and moving a driving guide on a spiral rail. A folding type mounting structure of an LCD monitor for a vehicle comprises a fixing bracket(200), an LCD monitor(100), a driving motor(300), a cylindrical bar, a driving guide(320) and a spiral rail(120). The fixing bracket is formed with a hinge shaft. The LCD monitor is hinge-coupled to the fixing bracket to be rotated on the hinge shaft. The driving motor is fixed to the fixing bracket. The cylindrical bar is rotated by the driving motor. The driving guide has an outer peripheral surface formed with a first protrusion part(321), and an inner peripheral surface formed with a female thread. The driving guide is inserted in the cylindrical bar. The spiral rail is formed to the rear end of the LCD monitor. The driving guide is inserted in the cylindrical bar to be moved to left and right sides by rotation of the cylindrical rotation. The LCD monitor is rotated on the hinge shaft by moving the cylindrical bar on the spiral bar. Left and right linear rails(330) are formed to the fixing bracket, and a second projection part(322) is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the driving guide.
