A soil ripper contains placed on a frame V-like tines connected in the lower part by a share. The tines are made of two parts - face and back ones. The face part has unregulated constant convergence angle , where - maximal value of angle of friction of soil on tine's material and the back part is hingedly connected to the face one with possibility of convergence angle change. Deflection of the side tine in the cross direction from the vertical is within the range of , where - angle of internal soil friction; -angle of tine slope backward; - convergence angle of the tine; - angle of deflection of the tine from the vertical.
