A ceramic carrier of porous minerals for treating livestock wastewater and industrial wastewater, which is formed in various sizes, has a plurality of pores, and can provide actively nutrients required for the growth of microorganisms within the carrier, and a preparation method of the ceramic carrier are provided. A preparation method of a ceramic carrier comprises: a process(S1) of milling minerals into powder in a ball mill; a process(S2) of injecting the powder into a dry rotary machine, and forming an internal nucleus with a predetermined size in a circular shape while spraying water onto the powder; a process(S3) of drying the internal nucleus by natural drying or hot air drying; a process(S4) of injecting the dried internal nucleus into the dry rotary machine, and forming ceramic balls by adhering glass powder to an outer portion of the internal nucleus while spraying water onto the internal nucleus; a process(S5) of heating and foaming the ceramic balls in an intermittent furnace or a continuous furnace; and a process(S6) of cooling the foamed ceramic balls in a cooler. |
