A seat belt lower part fastening device for a vehicle is provided to prevent vibration during assembly by supporting fastening plates through the joining of a locking protrusion and a locking member. A seat belt lower part fastening device for a vehicle, includes a first fastening plate(10), a clip plate(30), a second fastening plate(20), and a bolt(40). The first fastening plate has one end from which a first support plate(11) is upwardly protruded and bent. The first support plate has a first hole(12) for fastening an end of a center passenger seat belt(50). The clip plate is mounted on the first fastening plate, and has an inside where a pair of elastic pieces(31) are bent. The second fastening plate has one end from which a second support plate(21) is upwardly projected and bent. The second support plate has a second hole(22) for fastening an end of a left passenger buckle(60). The bolt tightens the first fastening plate and the second fastening plate.
