An apparatus for synchronizing mileage of front and rear wheels in a four wheel drive vehicle is provided to allow the front and rear wheels to maintain a predetermined mileage by compensating for the difference of the mileages through front and rear wheel synchronizing parts having a damping gear ratio. An apparatus for synchronizing mileage of front and rear wheels in a four wheel drive vehicle comprises sensor parts(20), a control part(30), and front and rear wheel synchronizing parts(10). The sensor parts are installed in a front and rear deep case to sense the difference of the mileage. The control part outputs a control signal of synchronizing the mileage difference of the front and rear wheels. The front and rear wheel synchronizing parts control the damping gear according to the control signal transmitted from the control part and synchronize the mileage of the front and rear wheels. The synchronizing parts include a pair of inner spheral gears(12), a pair of outer spheral gears(14), and operating bars(13).
