A system and a method for informing information as to wedding ceremony are provided to notify congratulators of details of a ceremony by networking with various organization related to the ceremonial occasions and notify the congratulators of the detail of a wedding ceremony for a wedding couple through the network by connecting to a wedding hall. Each client(20,30) includes a company computer(23,33) uploading a company file including a ceremony schedule, relation information, and images, and receiving a ceremony file edited/processed by using the uploaded file, and a monitor(21,22,31,32) outputting the details of the ceremony to a screen according to progress of the ceremony file. A management server(10) receives the company file, makes/stores the ceremony file by editing/processing the ceremony file with the ceremony schedule, the related information, and the images, and transmits the ceremony file to the company computer if the made ceremony file is requested. The client is connected to the management server in a remote place through network. The management server automatically transmits the ceremony file to the company computer according to the ceremony schedule. |
