A mediated oxidation apparatus having a membrane distillation system that can effectively remove water of an anolyte or a catholyte without additionally installing a heat source supplying equipment or a pressurizing equipment is provided. A membrane distillation system(60) for removing water generated from a mediated oxidation process of an organic waste liquid comprises: a membrane(601) made from a porous fluorine resin; a membrane support(602) which is positioned below the membrane and supports the membrane; an electrolyte containing part(605) which is positioned below the membrane support and has an electrolyte inflow part(603) and an electrolyte discharge part(604); and a permeate containing part(606) which is positioned above the membrane and has a permeate discharge part(607) and a condenser(608). The membrane distillation system is independently connected to the anolyte storage tank or the catholyte regenerating tank of a mediated oxidation apparatus comprising a mediated oxidation reactor, an anolyte storage tank, an electrolytic cell, and a catholyte regenerating tank.
