A biometric authentication system, a biometric authentication entity apparatus, a verification apparatus, a storage medium, a biometric authentication method, and a verification method are provided to improve the reliability of a biometric authentication process by guaranteeing reliable operations of respective authentication modules using a main management member. A biometric authentication system includes plural biometric authentication entity devices(10,20) and a verification device(30). The biometric authentication entity device includes a secret information storage device, an authenticator generating device, a specific context generating device, and a specific context output device. The verification device includes a communication device(31) and a context verification device(32). The secret information storage device is arranged to store secret information related to a unit, which normally executes the authentication subprocess. The authenticator generating device generates an authenticator based on the secret information. The specific context generating device is arranged to form a specific context corresponding to a specific format. The specific context output device outputs the specific context.
