<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter control circuit, etc. which can keep specified voltage relation existing between output voltages, even in the case of controlling the output voltages of two or more DC-DC converters each independently. <P>SOLUTION: The reference voltage e1 to control high-order back gate voltage VBGP and the reference voltage e2 to control power voltage Vcc are variably controlled dynamically independent of each other. Power voltage Vcc is inputted into the reversal input of an error amplifier ERA2. Moreover, reference voltage e2 is inputted into the first nonreversal input of the error amplifier ERA2, and the reference voltage e1 for a DC-DC converter 1 is inputted into the second nonreversal input.
